How does the free plan work?
Starter is free for up to three seats and one connected inbox, with AI summaries and drafts included. There is no credit card required and no time limit, so you can get real value before you ever upgrade.
How is Eliciv priced as we grow?
Growth is billed per seat, per month, and includes unlimited connected inboxes, automations, forecasting and explained scoring. You only pay for the people actively using Eliciv.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one team member with their own login who works in Eliciv. Contacts, customers and the people you talk to are never counted as seats.
Can we move between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or change plans at any time and the change takes effect immediately. If you scale down, the new rate applies from your next billing cycle.
How do I get started?
Create your account and you will receive your login credentials by email. Connect an inbox and Eliciv begins reading, summarising and drafting from your first thread.
