Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Eliciv, the AI CRM provided by Eliciv Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Eliciv is a customer relationship platform that uses AI to read conversations, summarise them, draft replies, update your pipeline and surface insights. We provide the service on a subscription basis, including a free plan, as described on our pricing page.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be authorised to connect any inbox or data source you bring into a workspace.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Eliciv to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive communications.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to process, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not use the service to build a competing product from our confidential information.
Your data
You retain ownership of the content in your workspace, including your conversations, contacts and records. You grant us the permissions needed to process that content in order to provide the service. We handle it as described in our privacy policy and do not use your customer conversations to train models shared with other organisations.
AI-generated content
Eliciv drafts replies, summaries and suggestions using AI. These outputs are aids, not final decisions. You are responsible for reviewing anything Eliciv drafts before it is sent or acted upon, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your customer.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per seat on the cycle shown at signup. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, and changes take effect as described on our pricing page.
Availability
We work to keep Eliciv available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-is basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, improve or modify features over time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eliciv Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our retention practices.
